SPECIAL WEDDING CARD WITH AMAZING PAPER GRACE

Hi Friends,

The most important day in anyone's life is her wedding. The fond memories of the wedding day remains fresh and vivid for a long time and also creates nostalgia. I always love looking at those old photos and cherishing the gifts from the old gold days.

Today, once again, I have tried to create that nostalgia by making this card for a special wedding day. This will go to one of my niece who is getting married soon.

Amazing Paper Grace dies adds so much elegance and charm to my projects and I am so thankful to Becca for sending over these beautiful dies to me.

Look at the ornate filigree cutwork on the card base, with the golden hue in the background. The colours maroon and gold are perfect for a wedding.

Along with these, I have added some flowers that completes my card.

To make, this card, I created 5 mat layers in the white and gold card stock and layered them together, leaving a border of 1/8" all around. On the card front, I cut maroon card stock and on that I used the S4-1018 Candlewick Petticoats Etched dies to cut out a filigree design . I matted this maroon cardstock on gold paper.

On this I have used the S5-426 Splendid Trillion Etched dies. This was matted on vellum. I added corner die cuts cut in gold card stock from the Double Halo oval etched dies.
