Debuting the Climbing Clematis Collection by Heartfelt Creations

Hey Friends,

How are you on this beautiful June Wednesday morning?

Today's the day the Climbing Clematis Collection becomes available to everyone! We all love the look of elegant clematis climbing up the trellis, adding that unique feature to our flower gardens. But it can be difficult to capture that look with our paper crafting, leaving our floral projects feeling… incomplete. Remove the stress and struggle of getting your climbing clematis just right and start making your floral projects “grow” with ease with the NEW Climbing Clematis Collection!

Here I have my card using the Climbing Clematis flowers.

Other Products: Dimensional adhesive, paper trimmer, die cutting machine, yellow card stock.

Instructions: Make a card base for the project. Cut white card stock measuring 8 inches by 6 1/2" and score at the 1/2” mark on the longer side. Cut another piece measuring 7 1/2” by 6 1/2” and adhere this piece to the scored card piece with the scored flap on the back. Cut a mat layer from gold card stock measuring 7 1/4” by 6 1/4". Cut a slightly smaller piece of the Climbing Clematis Paper Collection and adhere it to the gold cardstock.

Cut a die cut in Luxe Gold card stock from the outer most die from the Elegant Swirl Gateway die set. Cut a white die cut from the Elegant Swirl Gateway die without the inner window. Adhere this die cut on the gold die cut. Cut piece of pattern paper with the fence design and add the back of the die cut. Adhere this whole piece on the card front.

Cut a white die cut using the decorative inner window of the Elegant Swirl Gateway die and add the frame from Luxe gold card stock. Add this piece to the right side of the card.

Stamp the bird house and the clematis spray flowers on the Flower shaping paper with black ink and colour with Zig real brush pens. Cut with coordinating die. Stamp the flowers with the Magenta Hue ink on deluxe flower shaping paper and the leaves with Library Green ink. Colour the clematis flowers and leaves with Archival inks using sponge daubers. Cut with matching die and shape and mold the flowers in 3D flower shaping mold. Add a center using the fringed yellow card stock. Add to the flowers.

Add the flower spray image and the bird house on the card front as shown. Add the flowers and leaves. Finish the card by adding a printed sentiment from the Wild Aster paper collection.
