Caring Thoughts Floral Card using Amazing Paper Grace
I am super excited to share with you my first Floral Card made with the Amazing Paper Grace dies by Becca Feeken. I am so thankful to Becca for having me in the team and I am all ready to share and inspire you all with my projects.
Today, I have a card adorned with pretty blooms resting upon the ornate dies. This card has a wonderful sentiment and can be used for anyone who needs some love and care. Don’t we all need t be patted and hugged from time to time? The card here, will surely calm and bring peace to someone dear.

I am so thankful to Becca for providing me with these dies and I loved creating my card with them.
To make this card, I cut a vanilla cream pastel card stock 5” by 7” and using the Candlewick Ovals etched dies , I made inlaid die cut on the card paper without cutting out the ovals. For this, I just used the biggest designer oval die without using the outer cutting oval die.

Then I used the Double Halo Oval etched dies and cut out 2 die cut frames from white card stock. I also cut another same piece in gold card stock. I adhered the gold die cut between the two white die cuts just offsetting by a mm . Then I placed an oval pattern paper with script design as a mat layer for the Double Halo frame. I adhered the whole piece in the centre of the Candlewick oval frame.

Then I followed the same method as above to make four corner die cuts from the Double Halo collection and adhered them on the four corners of my card front.
Next, I created a die cut frame from the insert die from the Double Halo set using gold and white card stock and adhere the piece to the right of the bigger oval.
The whole piece is then adhered on a little bigger white card stock. I added a gold and white mat layer under this panel to get a three layered border all around. Finally I adhered my card panel on a white card base measuring 5.5 inches by 7.5 inches.
I stamped the sentiment with black ink from the SDS-054 Vintage Elegance Giving Occasions Stamp and die set and used the label to cut out. I placed this in the small oval as shown in the card. The flowers are made using the S6-050 Cinch and Go flowers etched die set. The leaves are hand cut from green paper. I arranged the flowers and leaves to finish the card.

Tip—Adhering two die cuts together gives stability to the design, giving them a beautiful dimensional look.
